Based on the Whole Wheat bread in Baking with Julia
It took a lllllong time to make today -- much longer than I expected. I think I need new yeast and maybe it was a little colder in the kitchen than I thought this morning. But mostly I think the yeast was weak. Still, I'll be making this recipe again because -- it's darned tasty!
Think I'll go get another slice for dessert...
No doubt! I hope you made at least 2 loaves...
