Yowza. The latest and greatest recipe I've made from The Perfect Scoop is... just... well my friend, Rhett, said it best: Oh. My. God.
It's really like a frozen chocolate mousse with toasted almonds and marshmallows. It wasn't the easiest one I've made so far, but not too difficult, either. It's worth the extra time, that's for sure. It's also worth using great chocolate. :-)
